some dude saying he's a general contractor

This is a scam for people to work for free labor and owner pockets all the money and does not pay

I worked for this guy and says the he is a "contractor" but he does not pay after work is finalized. He calls himself "black wolf", if you recieve any calls from him please be aware that the workers that he hires are very hardworking but they will receive NO PAY from him.

Changed his name to Roy

He goes by all different names,he scams people to do work and does not pay them in full, long after the job is done,Roy,Wow,black wolf,he been at  this since 2009!
