How can we find these people , I put a trace on their phone number, they are calling from Houston!

I got a call from the same number and he's accent is either really fake or really heavy and I am not sure what or whom he is working for but he is trying to get money so be very careful with him and what information you give him.
Be careful of these people. They are also using the phone number 508-258-9110. IT IS A SCAM. I have already contacted the federal trade commision on this issue 4 times. These phone calls are really starting to get on my nerve.
So is anyone getting any closure with this issue. I confused him today went off his script and had questions he couldn't answer kept interupting him and he hung up on me. Next time I think I will ask for Peggy.
I get this call too........with a heavy accent as well, calls himself John Smith.........yea ok.......calling from your local county State Federal Credit Union, and if I do not respond he can only wish me good luck and may God bless me.........whatever........
