this # belongs to Level 3 Communications, LLC. They are scammers using VoIC to make calls from their computer. These scammers "offer" everything from "you've won a million dollars and we need your bank account so we can deposit", to claiming they are a debt collector for "pay day loans".

Be wise, don't fall for their crap! Hang up, block them and above all DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!
