I've got this number calling my cell phone too just 3 min ago.
At first I thought that was my friend from Houston, but I didn't answer.

After checking with reverse phone at http://www.whitepages.com/phone/1-281-586-8295  it showed
it likely located at Texas (Houston) Greater Houston metro area, Fort Bend County.

I just simply click "BLOCK CALLER" button then it will auto reject it for me in the future.

Done!!  Case closed!!  I don't care who that is and I moved on!!

claims to be united states prescription card department. just voicemail asking for name and address.

I live in Kansas City they call 3 or 4 times a day and hang up

Hung-up when I answered.

I live in Indiana and recieved a call from this number.  I didn't answer and no voicemail was left.
