Call our business saying they had spoken to me about our electric service on December 2015 and that he knew we were in a 36 month contract. I advised we were indeed with the sames provider and did not wish to make a change, then thanked him for the call. Caller said I was rude and he did not want to do business with us anyway. I again thanked him for the call and he hung up.
Everyone has to make a living so I do not just hang up on solicitors, but this guy may have just changed my mind, and I would NEVER consider Cross & Cross Energy.
