i keep getting calls from this woman wanting to speak with my husband who is in boot camp right now. i have power of attorney but she still refuses to speak to me, she is very rude and says "its a business matter that doesnt apply to me". if i have power of attorney, shouldnt it then apply to me? does any one know if this person is legit or a scam?
who is this company anyone know? the lady spoke very bad broken english that called me. couldn't understand the company name. if these people call they need to speak there name of the company CLEARLY.

Ive been geting these calls for about a month now regarding a car accident i had. they theratened to have my license suspended if I didnt pay the amount that my insurance company was paying(geico). I asked for documentation to be mailed to my NEW address and i was sent nothing. I called Geico to get information in this matter since they always claim to be representing Geico and in turn Geico called the number and when they spoke to them, they had no idea who I was or what the matter was about. After I started to ask more questions... "how come I havent recieved anything from you or Geico?" " Why did Geico call you and YOU didnt know what was going on", did she have an attitude and said that she was going to put me down as a "refusal to pay" and that I was " playing games" with her that she hung up on me. The sad part is that I wanted to find out so bad who these people were and pay them. They wanted me to give them 2500 over the phone. Now that I know this and that Geico has the heads up, hopefully these people will go away.
