Who called from 2816053100

I had a voicemail message from this number. A computer generated voice said there was a problem with my debit card (didn't mention a bank name) due to billing errors. It said my debit card had been temporarily suspended and I was asked to press "1" to be connected to the security department (which I didn't do).

This number called my dad saying that his card was canceled and it wanted his pin number.

I hope your dad didn't give his pin number to the caller.  If he did he needs to call his bank right now and cancel that card.  

The call came from a scammer.  He plans to use your dad's card number and pin number to spend your dad's money.  Make sure your dad knows that.

I just got the same call. Bank I don't use and asking for my social and debit card number.

I just received a call from this number too.  I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number and most of the voice message was cut off, but it was a computer-generated message and sounded like the same message slb received.  Something about reactivating my debit card and to press "1" to be connected to their security department.  Nice try scammers, I'm not falling for your tricks.
