uses THEIR preferences to "do business" = blocking your incoming money producing callers while asking yuou for money & to do things their way
Essentially we haven't gotten past their insistence that advertising through them will present to potential customer an entirely NEW/different phone number for you under their absolute control; ergo should you quit paying them, future callers to that number referred by YOUR past pleased customers will get Home Advisor, NOT YOU

This company refers "the best" & "screened" building trades to the consumer, unwary that they are being steered to only the ones that PAY this pest for juicy unwary leads, b/c their sorry local reputations won't bring in better clients.
