Definitely spam caller, posed as a survey taker tried to collect personal info. I'm on the dnc list.

Skip the DNC and use a call blocker instead. DNC only stops legit telemarketers, scammers don't follow rules so they will ignore it.

I have now, but it was also the first time I was called by them. But that also shows me who is a scam and who is not.
