It is a spam that try to sell shared time.

Yup same as the rest Has called 3 times today (called my cell phone) thus far without leaving a message.

Called me on March 31, 2017 at 3:40 PM. Left no message. I'm on the Do Not Call list and will be blocking this number.

Called 3/31/17 4:09pm, ignored the call, left no message. Good to know this is a spammer.

same deal; didn't recognize cloaked call and didn't answer thereby saving my CELL PHONE minutes for somebody WORTHY; natch, no msg left. i find it interesting these jerks seem to be exclusively 'working' cell fone numbers. too bad the DNC lists are WORTHLESS too!
