I'll call this a prank call because I didn't even answer them. Just pushed BLOCK. When the CID does not name a real business and instead displays a string of meaningless numbers, you gotta figure they are a here today gone tomorrow boiler room call center run by people who nobody else would hire, even as crash test dummies.

Caller ID = AMERICAN AFF. No message left.  Bogus telemarketer scam call -- now BLOCKED forever.
