Called me this morning, no message left.  I called them back.  He stated he was not an attorney and not pretending to be.  He was looking for another who listed me as a reference for a NSF check.  Said he was looking to keep the other person out of court.  Funny,, if it is legit, then why didn't the person who received the NSF check just file criminal charges?  This sounds like a debt collector or a scammer.

it's a collecting agency, called account discovery sysyem.

Came up as RIG, EBI in my Caller ID. Hung up when voice mail answered, left no message. Obvious not a legit call.
