Heard male Indian-sounding voice say, "Good morning ma'am" . Then hung up.

Hindu F'er calls many times a day, will not understand the Do Not Call request.  They are based out of Houston, TX (as their website indicates) but are using VoIP out of India.  Does seriously having a VoIP exempt them from Do Not Call registry or requests?

i get a lot of spam calls.  this one called, left no message.  Now-seeing this page, I assume it was another spammer/scammer

This number came up as a normal name, answered knew it was a spam called. Hang up...... Spam...
