Received a voice mail on my cell from a person whose voice sounded male, but he/she identified his/herself as "Miss Flores." The call ran thus: "Hello. This message is for Gary Gittings. My name is Miss Flores, I'm calling from the National League (?) Processing Department. This call is in regards to a pending legal matter that was reported to my office for review regarding documentation that was sent to you and is being filed against you and your Social Security number. You have failed to respond to the notification that I mailed to you. If you have not received this copy of the documentation or if you have any questions regarding your case, you may call my office today toll free at 281.661.7690. Gary, your file number for this case is CN1481. Thank you." -- The voice was muffled, as though the caller were trying not to be heard by others in the vicinity. Goofy from the word "go," plus I have no idea who "Gary Gittings" might be. I've blocked this number as I block all spam calls.
