Keep getting calls looking for a Tina or Keena Phillips from the above number. Have called the 866 number in the recording, have gotten thru to their call center. All have id'd themselves as 'Stellar Recovery' a debt collection agency. Each time assured "your number has been removed" but they call back a few days later. My phone (cell) has been on the national (if it were only a REAL) 'do not call' list for at least a year. Getting old.
I would like for the laws to change to actually make the DNC list a real DNC, but the politicians would not enact it as they are the worst offenders. How many 'political survey' or 'vote for me' calls have you gotten lately? Oh, they are EXEMPT from the DNC lists!
