Who called from 2816684080

I got a call and I called back and they knew who I was. They apparently couldn't hear me talking because the woman on the other side of the line hung up.

It is Level 3 Communications calling about an Underground Services Alert. If you are planning on digging, you better answer them or you might dig into something expensive!

So I'm in Florida and they are in Texas, and they are calling me about underground digging? Hmmm - I don't think so!
