Please call us @ ( pick any # ) I am a process server, I will be actively seeking to serve you legal papers at your home and work , you have been officialy notified. Sounds official doesn't it, however I don't owe any money to any company or person nor am I being sued. DO NOT be fooled by these jerks. Report the phone # to the FCC enough complaints will get them to take action against these thieves.
I got the same call as *Shadow* above...They said "This message is for "person" My name is Ellie Howard and I am a process server I'm calling to get a time and place to meet" wanting to serve me legal docs at my place of employment or residence BUT I did know the persons name that they said was invloved so I don't know if this is still a scam?! I keep trying to call the number they gave me which is #(877) 489-5818 and something about my phone number #15794 I cannot get a hold of whoever called me and have not been conctacted back by the person they mentioned in the voicemail?!
Thats funny *Melissa* above, i got the same call from Ellie.. saying the same exact thing... they actually called my moms phone and said my name which is very weird since i never use her number for anything..
This is so crazy, I receive a call 4:30 today on my answer machine, This lady left a message stated that I owe money for writing a bad check over 500.00...They have a warrent for arrest, I call the number back, This lady was some rude, I told her I will contact my lawery, I need some paper about this case, she stated that my lawery need to contact her office. She hang the phone up, I call back, she told me to get a life and hang up.
