Myself and several family members have recieved phone calls from a man calling himself Shane O'Brien from "Compliance" and has told my family members I have pending fraud charges. When I have spoken to him he will not provide me with any information about what debt he may be calling about, just keeps asking me for an updated address.

They have called my entire family because my son has fraudulent charges. But it's legit, he really has caused the trouble they are accusing him of. If you don't want them to call you, ask them to take you off the list and give them a current phone number.
I'm not taking the harassment that he deserves, they can harass the right guy!
This company called me and stated that i have a warrant out for my arrest for a check fraud for 875$. I went strait to the police they had my name and social. I asked them what bank account and they stated that it was confidental information. I said you just told me my social that is confidential dont you think????? The date they told me i wrote the bad check i was 17 years old and in high school. Whaat a scam. I kept getting calls saying dont run the cops will find you. All bs. Beware please....... also the guy named Dan said that he is the company that places E-warrants out for my arrest. Such crap. I first cgot the call from this number 281-674-8744
