Very weird phone call a little while ago. Please someone else who has talked to this strange person can maybe help. I received a strange phone call from a lady who said her name was Cindy from 281-687-8966. She kept asking a lot of weird questions trying to get information, but wouldn't come around to what she wanted exactly. Then she said hold on and hung up. No idea who Cindy is or what she's doing calling me with these weird time wasting requests. Who and Why?
