Called our corporate umbrella line and kept asking what he did. "We're a corporate arm" didn't seem to make sense to her.

If I were a betting woman, I would bet she's with one of these "pay up and we'll see if we can get you a sales tax rebate" places that single out manufacturing firms. (and for whatever reason, assume our accountants and lawyers are incompetent)
