Who called from 2817100049

Scammy recording at 7:00 AM my time. "Hello and congratulations! You have recently applied for a payday loan [I haven't.] and have been approved for our highest gold level up to one thousand dollars." That part is pretty much always the same. The phone number that appears in caller ID and website mentioned afterwards are almost always different. The guy in the recording sounds Canadian.

I received this call on my landline and my cell phone. We never applied for a payday loan. I am so sick of these calls. We are on the no call list which means nothing anymore.

I got a call from this number (from Arcola, Tx)  yesterday and another one today.  No message was left.  Will block it
