Scammers do not observe laws in the same manner terrorists do not observe gun free zones. They're ALL criminals and should be hung by their necks on the courthouse lawn each morning.
Got a call on my cell today. Didn't know #, so didn't answer. Glad I didn't. No message. Get 6-8 scam calls a day. Guess the "do not call" program was as big a failure as obamacare.
