The scammers behind that website have been using many phone numbers.
So many that they might be spoofed.
The current registration was done on July 25, 2016, only 31 days ago.
Registrar is GoDaddy. The owner hides behind a proxy service that is owned by GoDaddy.
The site is hosted on Rackspace servers in the USA.

I went to the website, to see what I could see, and all that I could see, was that is was the same boilerplate blather I have seen on other sites that claim to match applicants with lenders.
"Your information will be transferred to lenders and third parties associated with SummerPayday.com."
I could not find a business address on this site, nor a list of any of the 300 lenders they claim are reputable, nor who the third parties are.
No one should ever put any personal information on this website.
