Who is this

The above number call us  each almost every morning at around 08:30 A.M. for more then a  month;
w;ith same kind of back ground noise...one time I pick up someone said from Chase....the other time said is insurance co....
.really bother us, when patient still in sleep....

The caller i.d. says Baytown Tx. I never answer calls from numbers I do not know, but was curious to see who this persistent scammer may be.

Phone number has called twice in the afternoon. When I answer no one answers

Class 2X day every day. You can stop now caller, I'm not going to answer.
