Call from this number, foreign to the US accent, did not answer. "Jonathan"  from what I could make out as "Eighth Cap Express" left me a message telling me I was approved for a $3000.00 loan I never applied for, and they had my outdated name from over 5 years ago. They also addressed me as though my old last name was my first name on the  message. SCAMMY! BLOCKED.
