I assure you it is not my office that is doing the calling. My phone number is being spoofed by someone. We are an insurance agency. I have reported this to the FTC and to my phone company who says they cannot do anything. In fact I was told by the FTC that you as the consumer can call your phone company and have the call traced. My office gets flooded with these calls and I wish we could do something to stop these people from spoofing my number on their caller ID. Please call your phone company and see if they can trace these calls. This will help all of us.

Voice message stating our credit card had been temporarily suspended due to 3rd party activity. Checked with bank just to make sure and everything was fine. WWW search showed number was from an supposedly legitimate business in Houston Texas; no scam reports located.
I just received the same call. I work for a bank and was made aware of a security breach we had regarding VISA cards. We have a department that calls when they feel that it has been suspicious activity on the card. Did you speak to the card security department or simply a call center representative?
Just got the same call a few minutes ago. I can only assume it's some type of scam, the number in google comes up as somebody Patel in Texas, which appears to be an insurance agency or the like. The only Visa I have is with a diffent bank, this call said they were calling from F&M Bank. Are they even still in business? It was a computer generated voice.
