Received the same Best Buy text "Your entry last month has WON!"  How do "they" get away with this?

I received the exact same text message from BestBuyWin.mobi. I, too, submitted a complaint to FTC.GOV. I am also registered on the "do not call" registry. I also suggested to the FTC that considering the increasing amount of spam texts, that they create a spam text category to make reporting spam text easier.
