this person has been calling me and speaking spanish. Does not say what they want or who they are so stopped answering.

This is not a prostitute... Its a person speaking spanish and will not answer my questions.. Don't answer the phone or answer and say "bueno" so that they don't hang up and then blow the whistle in the phone... They'll stop.

They've called twice, the message was "Hey, this is Ron! Call me back at..."  Did not disclose the company or the reason for the call.

didn't leave message - so on caller id twice -- 14 minutes apart
looked up in reverse lookup -- phone number is a landline in suburan Houston
tried calling back after blocking number 2 minutes after the last call -- phone rang 15 times before I hungup.  have no idea to this number belongs to without paying for it.
