Just recevieved a call from this guy who left a message on my voicemail. He had all of my husbands information. SS#, address, etc. Said I owed $9,000 to Cash Advance America for a debt we never paid from 2009.
yea these ppl been calling my close friends and asking questions about me they had all my information and yes there scam artists and im goin to file charges against them. They calim to be american lotter bullS**t.
caller called very rude barely speaking english claiming to be from a law firm in "HUSTON " NOT HOUSTON,tx claiming I DID A PAYDAY LOAN!!!!!!! NOT BE AWARE OF THESES ILL SPEAKING SCAMERS
Received the same message at my office number. Asked for my lawyers information and I said I didn't have one bcz there was no need. I requested to inquire more about what "debt" he was refering to and he wanted to "transfer" me to the case mgr. I said I was working and could not speak of this now and he kept insisting that it was going to become a legal matter. I did not care I am working give me a number and I will call back when I can.... This is a cell phone number somewhere in Houston, TX.
I have been receiving calls from this number telling me I have to be at court the next morning because I did not pay back a payday loan. But I have not had a payday loan that has not been paid back. I believe these people are computer hackers and are getting people information from other sites.
