They have been calling me every day for a few weeks. Today they called me 3 times w/in a few hours. They never leave a message, and I'm not answering. Looks suspicious. From Texas. If Wachovia did give them our personal info, they should stop. If not, then it is fraud, and Wachovia should look into it anyway and have them desist. I'm looking to switch to Bank of America anyway; this annoyance makes it more likely.
Got a call from same number, said Wachovia. Selling health insurance as Coverdell Inc and call was from a call center working for Coverdell. Told them I dont buy health insurance from a bank. Told them I was on do not call list and they told me they were third party seller and Wachovia gave them my number. Called bank and they say it is a fraudulant call. There is a call back number 1-866-215-3464. Bank to check on it. Too many leaches out there to fight!
