I just got a call from this number to my cell phone.

On call-back, their answering message says they are calling with either a market survey or political call. Offers the option to opt-out.

WDG's got it right = Polite message saying "press one to be put on their do not call list and allow 48 hours to take affect"

Note:  They may take you off the call list but just for that particular contract.  These are telemarketers turned surveyors because of the DNC laws.  They have a list for particular contract and if you ask to be removed, you'll only be removed from that list for that contract.  You can be place on any number of additional lists.  So if you find these things annoying, best to just block the number.

The call came in at 1:02 pm.  No message was left.
