I received a call from this number this morning. I'm also located in the Houston area. I didn't answer because I was at work, but there was no voicemail left. This must be a new one because I'm not finding too many results when I search similar sites.
I'm not sure if Comcast has anything to do with this because the call came to my cell phone, which isn't related to Comcast at all. This crap is just so freakin annoying!
Received another call this morning. I don't answer theses calls but sent this one directly to my fax machine to pick up. gave them a fax signal. You would think that a fax tone would get me off their list, but it doesn't. That's why I think they are all robocalls or combinations thereof...where we get either a recorded message, or when people pick up, the person called is switched to a live person.
I get a call from this number on my cell phone virtually everyday at all different times. Like everyone else I too live in the Houston area. I do not pick up numbers I do not know so I have never answered. No message is ever left. Just wondering how many times this number will call before they realize I'm not going to pick up!
This number is calling for West Asset Management, a collection agency. They've been fined before for violating the FTC Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. http://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases ... lion-settle-ftc I guess they didn't get the hint.
