My step-daughter got called from a Jennifer A. Knight who claims to be a fraud investigator with Morgan and McCloud Law Office. P.O. Box 37173, Houston, TX 77042. Claiming that she needed to pay back a pay day loan which she also never took out. Also called my wife to get to my step-daughter.
I got the same thing Investigation for fraud for a payday loan I never had. Saying I'm going to be arrested, kids will go to foster care. I contacted the attorney general office with a report.
Got the same call. Claimed to be an "investigator" with Walker & Associates calling about a payday loan I never took. When I said I believed it to be a scam caller became very hostile and abusive and said I would be charged with felony. Also calling my family to try to get to me. Filed a complaint with FBI.
