Came up as Cell phone TX but said he was Tyler with Comcast and asked for the owner by first name, then asked if our main line was his cell number.  I told him that it was our main line, he then stated that he would send the owner an email.

Not sure if he is with comcast, unless he is one of the techs that have come out before to help us troubleshoot.  Just found it odd that he called from a cell and not a comcast line.
