Rang twice, then they hung up, no VM message. Returned call with *67 prefix gives strange (international?) ring cadence, then hangs up after 2 cycles. Maybe they are careful and don't answer "unknown caller" or "private caller", LOL
I also first received a call on:
1.st call last Saturday 10-24-2015 at 1:02PM "281 771-0025 UNKNOWN" -they hung up after voicemail answered
2nd. call Tuesday 10-27-2015 at 4:24PM "281 771-0025 UNKNOWN" -they hung up after voicemail answered
3rd. call Thursday 10-29-2015 at 6:06Pm "281 771-0026 UNKNOWN" -voicemail is turned off & our phone line is now disabled. they tried redialing exactly 10 times all listed at within 6:06PM within about 30 to 40 seconds then they quit.
These callers are getting credit for making an "established phone connection when a person or a machine answers the call . "This person" making an international call being made from outside the U.S. is charging a fee for each successful connection. As their calling percentage connections drops lower and lower on their call list from dialing multiple times they change their spoofed number to another spoofed number to use. They continue to use the same call list & constantly adding more number to dial.
