It rang once and then hung up

Same thing, rang once and hung up

Same thing here, they hung up as soon as I answered.
I called back and got a recording that said it was the "American Prescription Card Service". Trying to promote no cost prescription cards.
I figure they got my information from a time that I used a discount prescription card while I was between insurance companies.
Seems to be harmless but still annoying.
