I just received a phone call from 281-781-7836 and I answered "Hello" 3 times and no reply back. Is this some spam thing or a retarded moron whos trying to steal identitys?

Ya I got the same call, it is from Texas. I has a freind in Texs so I thought it was him. I answered, and no reply. So I hung up and called again. It is a prescription card company. I am 14! I don't need prescriptions!
