This number keeps calling an when i answer you can hear like wind in the background an i said hello like five times before they hung up ... They always call early morning then around 11:30 an again at night an its always they same.. Ive even cursed them out an still no one talks smh.. Im fed up ..
Last week I was getting calls from 281-819-4479 and 800notes said it was "Energy Cost Savings Group" scam. I blocked that number, and now I got a call from this number today. Same people, different number? Just like the previous ones, they call and then hang up. I'm on the do-not-call list, but it doesn't seem to matter.
Same as Penny, I was getting calls from 281-819-4479 for over a month, several times a day, even on weekends, and I finally blocked it. Then I started getting calls from 281-789-3090. I am also on the Do Not Call list, and I NEVER answer a call that I or my phone doesn't recognize.
