I set up a craiglist account to sell my truck and received text messages from this number saying that he was a sergeant in the marines and could not pick up the truck himself. He wanted to send me money to my paypal and extra money for me to send to western union so I could pay the delivery people that would be picking up my truck. Something didn't feel right and the way he was rushing and did not care to ask questions about the truck he was about to spend almost 10 grand on and the fact that I could not connect with him on the phone other than text was unsettling. Low and behold, I googled the number and it says its from a landline in Texas and there are various other reports of this number contacting people via text messages and that it is a scam. Not sure what his ultimate goal was but stay away from anyone contacting you from this number.
After posting on craiglist, received a txt from this nimber and since I am also receive calls ans txt from another weird area code , am not returning txt.

I posted an ad on Craigslist to sell my bike and this number texted me wanting to purchase it without even seeing it. This person also does not have a great grasp on the English language so I am not returning any more texts from this number. I believe this to be a money laundering scheme for some nefarious types using this number in Texas.
