Called it back: "You have reached Evergreen. If you have received a call from this number, we are calling calling on behalf of Comcast about special promotions in your area..."
I've been getting calls from them quite a lot lately, and they don't leave messages. I finally called back, and it's a company (Everest?) calling on behalf of Comcast with a "special offer" You can press 1 to hear about the offer, or 2 to decline it. If you press 2, they are supposed to remove you from their list and you should not be receiving any more calls. We'll see what happens.
