A Ms.Kerr was calling my sister, then when I tried to find out, in an absolutely pleasant manner, the nature of their calls, I was referred to a very unpleasant, disrespectful, and rude, Ms. Green. This mean cowardly, and very mean spirited person claimed to represent CY-FAIR CARDIOLOGISTS and was attempting to collect on a 2007 bill in an amount of something around a hundred dollars that I didn't know anything about. I am a disabled veteran and have been hospitalized many times so my first thought was that this may actually be about some valid charge that had somehow remained unpaid for all this time. When I attempted to speak to this incredibly rude person, she interrupted me with, "You're just going to refuse to pay your bills!" and hung-up on me, All my attempts to call back and attempt to resolve this matter were met with immediately being put on never-ending Musac holds then with immediate hang-ups. I wasn't rude or disrespectful, exactly the opposite. Prospective clients of A.R.C. should know that at least the switchboard person, and this Ms. Green, are more into their little cowardly games than resolving old debts.
Charlotte M. Gregory is said to be the owner of this company that might possibly be more interested in establishing a big file of "noncollectable" debts, that can later be purchased for minute fractions of their original values, than they are in actually collecting anything. At their best, they seem to be very amateurish and quite ineffective at making any actual collections. The employees of this organization, in my experience, are a joke to the point where they almost have to be relatives, very close friends in desperate need of work, or blackmailers of Ms. Gregory. I will be contacting The State Attorney General's Office; The various media; and as many of the businesses A.R.C. may have duped someone into thinking they are going to do anything good for. Ms. Gregory has probably always been, and will most probably continue to be, representative of the many sick, parasitic value systems, posing as legitimate businesses, that we are too often confronted with. All we can do is shine a light on their ugliness, and evil intent - and hope. Adding your own experiences to the Attorney General's file on this kind of garbage coming into our lives may help.
