A foreign man claiming to be an adjuster, contacted me and said that I did not file my 2013 tax returns.  He then threatened me with a federal officer coming to my house to arrest me for tax evasion.  He would not give his name nor the name of his company.  He did have my name and former address.  When I asked him what my middle initial was he took 3 guesses at it and was wrong all 3 times.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said that I could not.  When I asked him what my current address was he could not answer that either.  He sounded of Indian or possibly Arabic descent based on his accent.  He was very pushy and kept threatening me with arrest.  When he wouldn't provide any of the proper information, he finally just hung up.  I was first contacted by a voicemail that urged me to call back once I got the message.
