It's a debt collecting attorney...well, at least that the latest claim with these people.  Marvin Harris (the "legal assistant") is the one who contacted me from 281-888-0924, but their number is also 877-543-6152 on another site I found.  This guy called to "collect a debt" - but quickly told me "You never intended to pay this creditor," commented on how many times I've been divorced, and told me he "doesn't deal with people who don't pay their debts" - and told me to "run."

Seriously?  If you don't call to collect debts, then don't call me to collect one.  He had all sorts of bad information, including the debt owed.  He claimed I'd never made a payment to the creditor, when in fact I have all my receipts.  This guy was rude, nasty, and called me names.  I'll contact FTC, BBB, and all the proper channels, but doubt it will do any good.  They contacted my ex-husband and other family members about "an important matter" even though they have my home phone number and have called me several times on it!
