Very heavy Indian accent. Says he is from State Health dept and they want to give me money for a blood thinner I took years ago. I asked him what state, after 30 seconds he said Florida. Obvious scam. He heard police scanner I had on in back ground and hung up.
Called and stated he was a judge from the state health department, he had an Indian accent and I heard many others in his background, I told him that he was not a judge from anyplace and told him to never call this number again.
