Who called from 2819093496

Call came from Seabrook, Texas. Suspect this is a telemarketer.  Called 3 times in rapid succession (about a minute apart) but never left a message.

I answered the second call, after the number called once then hung up right before. This weird sounding (robotic, effeminate, male) voice said this was some employment company and that this was a recorded line then either hung up or it disconnected right after saying the call was being recorded.
