No, it's not. I then asked him where my supposed computer was located and he said Boston, MA. I live in MN. He hung up on me.
Impersonated Microsof ttechnical support. Claimed my computer generates error messages. That could not be true as my computer was off. Demanded I work with them remotely to fix the problem.
Same man with accent I got also who was very argumentative. I screamed at him to quit calling. He kept calling me back. I hate these calls because they scam elderly people out of money!
