281-929-9794 called ~7:30 pm 2/17/16. Hung up when answering machine picked up. Called again 11:30 a.m. 2/18. I picked up after 2nd ring (Am on Nat'l Do Not Call list though it clearly does no good) and no one was there. Very annoying.
Finally caught the call. A robo-call wanting to know which of 4 candidates you will vote for, for Tx Railroad Commissioner. Played the question over and over, no way to "Press x" to be removed from calling list.
