Who called from 2819326921

This is a spammer called about lowering interest rates on credit cards we don't have

I just received a call from this company saying they wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card.  It was for my Discover card.. Interestingly enough, I've NEVER had a Discover card, nor have I EVER wanted one.

Some one called for credit card expiration stated press 1 for more opt. I disconnected a call. Tried call back but busy signals.  I believe it's fraud.

Got a call from this number, said it was from Texas. I did not answer. No message. I called it back from a landline and it said "We are sorry but this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service".  SPAM!!

Called and didn't leave a msg. Figured it was spam so tried calling the number back, only to get a msg that the number doesn't exist. One more for my block list.
