They keep calling me saying a Sheriff and a processor will deliver my documents. They didn't even state who they were looking for on the voice messages.
I would just call them back if I were you. I just got served at home earlier today because of something my stupid ex husband did. Sheriff and everything showed up with some tall black guy. I'm sure if you don't know what it's about they have a wrong number or its about a retarded ex like in my situation. I ignored the calls because I thought they had the wrong person. It's dumb that they don't say who they are looking for!
Wow, that sucks. It would be most helpful if you could post the name of the company in this thread to help inform other consumers (they will be listed as the "Plaintiff" on the papers you have indicated they received.
