This caller approached us wanting to buy a case of Cristal Champagne. I asked him to simply come into our store in Massachusetts and caller said he was from CT. Said he would give us a credit card over the phone and have Fed Ex pick it up. Well we don't ship or do that here and I thought immediately it was some sort of scam. Caller obviously knew we where onto him and abruptly hung up. Stay clear!
(jan 18, 2013) A guy named Larry Smith called stating he wanted 2 cases of crystal....said he would pay over the phone but fed ex would pick it up for him...I didn't feel comfortable with this simply because it was strange...looked it up before I did transaction and found this site...good thing because I would have been screwed! Thank god we are smarter than they are!!
